Cory spent a decade in sales and product roles at Google, YouTube, and Twitter, building firsthand expertise in how category-defining companies scale. He then founded Supergood, an executive coaching and leadership development firm, where he spent another decade working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, executives, and operators at some of the most prominent companies in tech and entertainment.
That combination—the operating lens and the coaching lens—gives Cory an uncommon vantage point for identifying which companies and teams are truly “better than good.”
